Creating a New Project

  1. Click the "New Project" button on the Projects page.

  2. In the pop-up, you can:

    • Upload a cover image (optional)

    • Edit the project title

    • Choose a template or start from scratch

  3. Click "Create Project" to finalize.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: We recommend creating your own workspace template for a consistent chart of accounts across projects. To do this, click "Templates" on the Projects page, go to "Workspace Templates", and click "Add New Template".

Using Project Spaces

Project Spaces help you group related projects together.

Creating a Project Space

  1. Click the down arrow next to "New Project".

  2. Select "Add Project Space".

  3. Name your new space in the pop-up.

Moving Projects into Spaces

There are three ways to move projects into spaces:

  1. Drag and Drop (Tiles View):

    • Click and hold on a project card.

    • Drag it over the desired Project Space.

    • Release to drop the project into the space.

  2. Right-Click Method:

    • Right-click on a project (in any view).

    • Select "Move to..." from the context menu.

    • Choose the desired Project Space.

  3. Three Dots Menu:

    • Click on the three dots (...) next to a project name.

    • Select "Move to..." from the dropdown menu.

    • Choose the target Project Space.

Best Practices

  • Use workspace templates to ensure consistency across your projects.

  • Organize projects into spaces for better management of multiple productions.

  • Customize your project's cover image and title for easy identification.
