Archive and Restore Projects

Keep your workspace organized by moving completed or inactive projects out of your main view while preserving all project data.

Archive a Project

To archive a project in your workspace:

  1. Navigate to the Projects page

  2. Hover over the project you want to archive

  3. Click the 3 dots button that appears on the project

  4. Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu

  5. Confirm the action by clicking "Yes, Archive" in the dialog prompt

Once confirmed, your project will be archived and removed from your main Projects view.

View Archived Projects

To access your archived projects:

  1. On the Projects page, click the Archive icon located near the top right of the screen

  2. You'll see a list of all your archived projects

Restore an Archived Project

To reactivate an archived project and move it back to your active projects:

  1. Navigate to your archived projects using the Archive icon

  2. Hover over the archived project you want to restore

  3. Click the 3 dots button on the project

  4. Select "Make Active" from the dropdown menu

The project will immediately be restored to your active Projects view.

Things to Remember

  • Archiving a project preserves all project data - nothing is deleted

  • Archived projects don't appear in your main Projects view but can be accessed anytime through the Archive section

  • You can archive and restore projects as many times as needed

  • Only workspace owners, administrators and editors can archive projects

  • On Creator subscriptions, an archived project counts towards the one project limit.
