This integration allows you to import payroll details from Wrapbook directly into Saturation, streamlining your budgeting and actualization process.

Exporting Payroll Data from Wrapbook

1. Access Payroll Information

  • On the left-hand side of Wrapbook, navigate to "Run Payroll"

  • Under "Past Payrolls", choose an individual payroll and click "View Payroll"

  • For a payroll in progress, click the "Payroll ID"

2. Locate Payroll Log

  • Navigate to the bottom of the payroll page

  • Click "Payroll Log"

3. Export Data

  • In the Payroll Log, select "Showbiz"

  • Click the export button to download your payroll information as a .csv file

Note for New Payrolls:

For a new payroll, you need to complete the first step ("Go to Review") before the "Payroll Log" option becomes available.

Importing Payroll Data into Saturation

Method 1: Importing into Actuals

  1. In Saturation, go to the Actuals section

  2. Click on "Import"

  3. Choose "Wrapbook" as the import type

  4. Select the .csv file you exported from Wrapbook

Method 2: Importing into an Actualized Transaction

  1. In Saturation, locate an actualized transaction (e.g., "Take One Corporation")

  2. Right-click on the actual and select "Split Actual"

  3. In the split actual window, choose "Import"

  4. Select the Wrapbook .csv file to import the payroll details

  • Keeps your Saturation budget up-to-date with accurate payroll information
