Access and Download Past Subscription Invoices (Saturation 3.0)

The Billing settings show invoices charged to your Saturation workspace. This history covers subscription charges and other Saturation billing items. It does not show invoices that vendors submit for production work.

Find past invoices

  1. Open the workspace whose billing history you need.

  2. Open the workspace menu and select Settings.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Scroll to Invoices.

The table shows recent invoices. Each row includes the date, item, billing cycle, promotional credit, amount, and status.

Use the Invoice type filter to show all invoices or narrow the table to:

  • Subscriptions

  • Credit packs

  • Bill Pay fees

  • Card shipping

  • Other

View or download one invoice

Paid invoices have two actions at the right of the row:

  1. Select the document icon to view the invoice receipt.

  2. Select the download icon to download it.

Draft, open, void, or unpaid invoices do not have receipt actions. A provider-free invoice, such as some $0 or manually settled charges, may appear in the table without a downloadable receipt.

Download several paid invoices

  1. Select the checkbox beside each paid invoice you need. Use the checkbox in the table header to select every paid invoice in the current filter.

  2. Select Download number invoices.

Saturation exports an invoices.csv summary and opens the available receipt for each selected invoice. Your browser may ask for permission to open or download several files.

Billing permissions

Invoice history and receipt downloads require workspace billing management access. Workspace owners and admins have this access.

If Billing is not available, or the invoice history cannot load, ask a workspace owner or admin to download the invoice for you. Make sure they open the workspace that was charged.

Troubleshoot invoice access

  • The invoice is missing: Confirm that you opened the correct workspace. The table currently loads the 12 most recent invoices.

  • The table says No matching invoices: Change the invoice type filter to All invoice types.

  • The download action is missing: Only paid invoices have view and download actions.

  • Saturation says there is no downloadable receipt: The billing record has no provider receipt attached. Keep the invoice row or CSV export as the available record and contact Saturation Support if you need more documentation.

  • A batch download opens only one file: Allow multiple downloads or pop-ups for Saturation in your browser, then try the selected invoices again.
