Who can use this view
This view is available to signed-in users with vendor access to the workspace. It shows only information tied to your own vendor account.
Open Vendor Home from the workspace navigation. From there:
Select Banking details in the Your info card to review your bank account.
Select a completed item in the Documents card to open it.
Select Profile in the Your info card, then use the Tax or Documents tab to review those records.
The Banking details button appears only when banking is enabled for the workspace.
Review your bank details
The Banking tab may show:
Bank name, when available
Account holder type
Account type
The last four digits of the account number, or On file when a mask is unavailable
The routing number and full account number are not displayed.
If your onboarding is complete, select Update bank details to replace the account information. Enter the full routing and account numbers again. Saturation does not prefill the saved numbers.
If no completed onboarding session exists, the panel directs you to finish onboarding before adding bank details. Bank details may also show a warning when they are on file but the workspace cannot send payments to that account yet.
View your W-9
When the workspace requires a W-9, its status appears in the Documents card and the Tax tab. Your Tax ID is masked to its last four digits.
Select a W-9 marked On file to open its PDF or image preview. Use the download button in the viewer to save the original file.
A collected tax status does not always mean a PDF is available. For example, tax information may be on file without an uploaded W-9 document. In that case, there is no file to preview or download.
View signed Startwork
The Documents card and Documents tab list the Startwork assigned to you. Each item shows its name and current status.
Select Sign to review an unsigned document and complete it.
Select a signed document to open the signed record.
Signed Startwork opens as a read-only document with its signed date. It is stored as a signed record rather than an uploaded file, so the viewer does not include a download button.
Privacy and security
Bank details are stored securely and the interface shows only the account number's last four digits. Tax IDs are masked the same way.
W-9 previews use a short-lived link created when you open the document. W-9 and Startwork requests are checked against the signed-in user's vendor account, so this view cannot be used to open another vendor's documents.
Empty and error states
Not on file means the workspace has no matching information to show.
No Startwork documents means no Startwork is assigned to your vendor account.
If the bank account request fails, the Banking tab shows Couldn't load your bank details. Select Try again.
If the banking view cannot load, it shows Couldn't load your banking info with a retry button.
The Documents card shows up to six items. Open Profile, then select Documents to review the full Startwork list.
This vendor view covers bank details, W-9 information, and Startwork assigned through onboarding. Use the workspace's Banking and Documents pages for production account records and general workspace files.
