  • Confirm sufficient funds in account or project allocation

  • Review if card is still active and not deactivated

  • Confirm project allocation hasn't been exceeded

  • Remember limits reset based on their timeframe (daily, weekly, etc.)

Missing Transaction Categories:

  • Verify project assignment and auto-actualization settings

  • Check that budget category still exists in the project

  • Ensure transactions are from the correct card

  • Manual categorization may be needed for some transaction types

Cardholder Access Problems:

  • Confirm cardholder has been properly invited to workspace/project

  • Verify they have appropriate role permissions

  • Check that card is assigned to correct project

  • Ensure cardholder accepted workspace and project invitations

Virtual Card Mobile Wallet Issues:

  • Verify mobile wallet app is updated to latest version

  • Check that virtual card is active and not expired
