Understanding Seats and Billable Users
A seat in Saturation represents an editable collaborator - a user with role access of edit, admin, or owner. Users with view and comment access do not count towards your seat limit and are free to add.
Billing for seats is based on usage per workspace:
The base number of seats is included in your plan (1 for Creator and Producer, 3 for Production).
Additional seats beyond your plan's limit are billed at $25/month per seat.
Billing for additional seats occurs in the following billing cycle after they are added.
For example, if you're on the Production plan and add a 4th editable collaborator mid-month, you'll be billed for that additional seat ($25) in your next billing cycle.
Annual Plans and Discounts
Users can save 15% on their subscription by opting for an annual plan.
Upgrading, Downgrading, or Canceling Subscriptions
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Billing. If you want to stop billing, downgrade to the Creator plan (our free tier) - this will cancel your paid subscription while keeping your workspace and data intact.

Saturation accepts all major credit cards for subscription payments.
Free Trial
Saturation offers a 14-day free trial of our Production plan for users who want to test out the platform's features before committing to a paid plan.
