We’re updating Saturation’s pricing and plan structure to better reflect how producers and production teams use the platform today. These changes apply to active subscriptions beginning April 25, 2026, at the next billing renewal.
This article explains what’s changing and how it affects your account.
Updated Plans
Saturation now has two primary plans:
Pro – for individual producers managing their own projects.
Team –for production teams collaborating with multiple seats, with priority support.
New Pricing
Pro
$40/month, or
$384/year (billed annually)
Includes:
Unlimited projects
Budgeting tools
Expense management
Bill pay
QuickBooks integration
Team
$99/month, or
$948/year (billed annually)
Includes everything in Pro, plus:
3 seats included in the base plan
Purchase Order Management
Priority support
Additional seats are:
$35/month per seat, or
$336/year per seat (billed annually)
Accountant access now counts toward your paid seats
Viewer and commenter access remain free.
How Existing Plans Will Change
If you currently have one of the original Saturation plans, it will move to the closest equivalent plan.

These changes take effect at your next billing renewal beginning April 25, 2026.
If you have an annual subscription, your current plan will continue until your next renewal.
Saturation Pay Update
Starting in June 2026, bill pay will move to a per-transaction model.
ACH payments: $0.50 per payment
Domestic wire transfers: $15 per wire
This pricing is similar to other production payment platforms.
Your subscription will continue to cover budgeting, project management, and collaboration features. Payment processing will be billed separately based on usage.
Do I need to take any action?
No action is required.
Your plan will automatically transition to the updated plan at your next billing renewal after April 25, 2026.
If you have collaborators on your workspace and prefer a different plan, you can adjust collaborators in your Workspace Settings > Members tab before your renewal.

Will I be charged immediately?
No. Changes apply at your next billing renewal after April 25.
Does this affect my current plan?
On your next billing renewal after April 25, your plan will automatically move to either Pro or Team depending on the number of paid seats you have in your account.
What if I currently have multiple seats?
If you’re currently on the Producer plan and have multiple owner/admin/editor/accountant seats, on your next billing renewal after April 25, you will automatically move to the Team plan which includes 3 seats. Additional seats are billed separately. Viewer and commenter seats remain free.
Can I switch to annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing options are available from your Workspace Settings > Billing tab > Change Plan.
