Creating a New Project
Click the "New Project" button on the Projects page.
In the pop-up, you can:
Edit the project title
Upload a cover image (optional)
Choose a template (toggle between templates saved in your Workspace or available to the Public) (optional)
Click "Create Project" to finalize.
š” Tip: We recommend creating your own workspace template for a consistent chart of accounts across projects.
To do this, on the "Workspace Templates" within the pop-up, click "+ New Template". You can get here through the Project page > Templates as well.
If you'd like to start from a Public template or from scratch, customize, and then save as template, you can use the Export > Template option within the project.
Duplicating a Project
You can duplicate a project in two ways:
Using the Menu:
Click the three dots (...) in the top right of a project
Select "Duplicate Project"
Right-Click Method:
Right-click on a project card
Select "Duplicate Project" from the menu
Using Project Spaces
Project Spaces, or folders, help you group related projects together. For example, you can create a space for "bids", "awarded" and "completed" or organize them by client. In our 3.0 update, you are able to organize folders within folders.
Creating a Project Space
Click the down arrow next to "New Project".
Select "Add Project Space".
Name your new space in the pop-up.
Moving Projects into Spaces
There are three ways to move projects into spaces:
Drag and Drop (Tiles View):
Click and hold on a project card.
Drag it over the desired Project Space.
Release to drop the project into the space.
Right-Click Method:
Right-click on a project (in any view).
Select "Move to..." from the context menu.
Choose the desired Project Space.
Three Dots Menu:
Click on the three dots (...) next to a project name.
Select "Move to..." from the dropdown menu.
Choose the target Project Space.
Use Labels for Additional Organization
You can also add tags or labels to better organize the projects.
Add tags
Hover over a project tile and click the three dots menu
Click Tags
Click + to add a new tag.
Enter a tag name (e.g. "Bid"), choose a color for the tag and click Save
Alternatively, if you've already created project tags, you can select one from the tags list.
Tags will appear on the project tile or next to the project name in list view.

Filter project by tags
You can search for specific projects by tags by clicking on the tag icon and selecting a tag.
