    • Drag it over the desired Project Space.

    • Release to drop the project into the space.

Use Tags for Additional Organization

You can also add tags to better organize the projects within a space.

  1. Add tags

    • Hover over a project tile and click the three dots menu

    • Click Tags

    • Click + to add a new tag.

    • Enter a tag name (e.g. "Bid"), choose a color for the tag and click Save

    • Alternatively, if you've already created project tags, you can select one from the tags list.

    • Tags will appear on the project tile or next to the project name in list view.

  2. Filter project by tags

You can search for specific projects by tags by clicking on the tag icon and selecting a tag.

Best Practices

  • Use workspace templates to ensure consistency across your projects.

  • Organize projects into spaces for better management of multiple productions.

  • Customize your project's cover image and title for easy identification.
